Damaged And Defective Goods Policy
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there maybe a manufacturer’s product defect. Our goal is to make sure you get your product in a timely matter.
Please understand that replacements will be denied if you fail to notify us via email at email@example.com of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of you receiving your product.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy last for 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a credit. We do not issue refunds but we will be happy to exchange your purchase or issue you a credit to our online store
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require your order number and the issue (ie. wrong size, wrong color, damaged) with your purchase sent to firstname.lastname@example.org Please put your order # and reason for email in the subject line. Gift cards are non-refundable.
